things i discovered this weekend?
every time i think i can’t run a 5K i need to remember that saturday’s muni rage enabled me to run like i’ve never run before.
weekend hiking has really helped with my agility. tripping and catching myself, traipsing over tree roots, under low hanging logs, climbing up and down, lots of elevation changes, mud, rivers, rocks…my ankles, knees and hips struggle but have maintained.
i’m in love with the weekend adventure gang and looking forward to much needed time away this weekend for my birthday from the job which has me scrambling these days for some breathing room.
