back

went back to bikram last night and found all sorts of things uncomfortable and hard.  it was tough but it was exactly what i needed.

in trying to plan my workout routines again i’m planning on gyming it at lunch tuesdays and thursdays (class days) and going to bikram monday nights, wed mornings before work (standing series only if i want to make it to work on time), possibly fridays after work if schedule permits but definitely saturday mornings when i don’t have class.

my body may have felt a bit broken after class last night i’m feeling pretty good this morning.
