Breakfast: 1/2 McIntosh Apple, 1 Slice of Whole Wheat Bread with 2 tablespoons Organic Peanut Butter, 20oz Tazo Joy Tea w/ cream and splenda.
Snuck in: 1 Snickers Mini
Water: 32 oz consumed
Calories consumed: 907

So I never made it to Bikram or the gym Saturday or Sunday and proceeded to eat somewhat reasonably if you ignore the Burger and onion rings I traveled to Glen Park to consume, the Little Star Deep Dish slice I housed before meeting the Jades for a beer and a shot of Patron nor the steak the boy and I shared and the duck we roasted Sunday night.

I don’t necessarily feel guilty about the food consumption, but I do feel like it’s back to Bikram & Cardio or Vinyasa Monday through Saturday. Today is Cardio at noon and Bikram at 7PM.

I entertained the idea of doing the Low Carb thing again, just for the rest of December, then realized that I like myself, so I should continue to eat fruit and brown grains, despite the inner Atkins inside of my brain telling me otherwise.
